Rules and Regulations

1st. Always be kind to each other and respectful of your neighbors

2nd. Camp at your own Risk. We are not responsible for your personal belongings or injury

3rd. Don't leave good smelling food outside after you're done eating. We have critters like racoons and skunks that love to scavenge for food and leaving it out attracts them. 

4th. NO DRUGS! Drugs will not be tolerated. 

5th. SLOW Down!!! It's only 5 miles per hour through our park. Kids play in the streets here. 

       No one driving any vehicles without proper license….Kids can not drive golfcarts or motorcycles unless properly licensed. 

6th. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR DOG ON A LEASH!!!!!!!! ZERO TOLLERANCE FOR THIS!

        If your dog is outside of the camper, it must not be left alone and must have water.  

7th. All bicycles need head lights after dark. 

Things to Know while visiting our Park

Only Leave Your Footprints....Please take with you everything you bring. Use the dumpster at the top of the hill for any trash. Do not leave any trash in the fire pit.

 

We also have a free book exchange in the 1st bathhouse laundry area.  It's "take one or leave one" or both. 

Furry Friends

All of our little furry friends must have proof of rabies vaccination that are up to date. Proof must be shown at check in. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and never left alone outside of a camper. 

Failure to keep control of your dog or dogs, this includes barking a lot, we will have you pack up and leave the park with no refund. 

No Parking on the Grass

We work really hard to keep our campground looking nice; if you need extra parking it is available at the swimming beach area. 

Quiet Time

Quiet time is before 10am and after 10pm. Be kind to each other and your neighbors

Do not leave Children Unattended

Children are not to be at the beach or in the bathrooms by their selves. There must be an adult watching after them everywhere they go in the park. 

All bicycles must have headlights after dark.

OFFICE HOURS- The office/store hours 10am-6pm. Try us on the call box if I’m not in the office and you need help. (Hold the button in to talk to me, release button so I can talk back.  
The office's little store includes a few RV parts, toiletries, grocery items, ice, and firewood. Please try and get your Ice, wood, and worms before 6pm. 


PARKING PERMITS- You were issued a parking hanger when you registered or renewed. Please hang this permit on your rear-view mirror. Should you have a guest visit you in the park, please have them stop at the office and get a visitor pass. All vehicles must have a parking pass hanging from the rear-view mirror. 
 
OPEN FIRES- Open fires are allowed if they are in a designated fire ring/area only. Do not move the fire rings unless you clear it with us first. All fires must be extinguished before leaving the area. Firewood is for sale at the Office Store, burn it and not trash. If it’s not wood don’t burn it here at ICC.


CLOTHES LINES- Clothes lines are extremely dangerous, especially at night, and we cannot allow them in the park…. 
 

FIREWORKS- Fireworks are not permitted in the park…No fireworks! 

CHILDREN- Children are wonderful to have in the park. However, we are not babysitters, and you are responsible for your child's actions, keep a watchful eye on them. If they walk the dog, please show them how to clean up after the dog.

 

Do not leave them/ANY CHILD unattended especially in the bathroom, beach area or the boat launch/dock areas!!


RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS- We have two sets of bathhouses available for the exclusive use of our guests. We clean them regularly, but be polite and clean up after yourself too, thank you.
 

NO SMOKING IN THE RESTROOMS! 


NEIGHBORS- Please respect the PRIVACY of others and do not cut across occupied campsites. Also remember quiet time is 9pm Sunday -Friday and Saturday 10pm.


GENERATORS- Generators are noisy and they disturb your neighbors. Not allowed; unless permitted by owners for a special reason. 


GARBAGE AND LITTER- Trash bagged and secured tight may be deposited at the dumpsters on the top of the hill by the dump stations. Do not leave any outside… the racoons, SKUNKS, and other animals love to get into them and make a big mess.

 
WORKING ON VEHICLES- Mechanical work and changing of oil are not to be done on park grounds. Batteries and oil are not allowed in the garbage dumpsters. 


SEWER HOSES- Sewer hoses do not go down the drain at dump station; if you don’t have an end cap do your best to get the hose in the top and your sewer drained without putting your hose down the drain and without getting sewer all over the ground. The white pipe beside your campsite is not sewer, it is a water shutoff.  Then use our water hose to rinse out your external dump and around the sewer drain.


SPEED LIMIT- We have lots of kids playing, and lots of animals in the park. Keep your speed under 5 miles per hour while in the park.


NEAT AND TIDY- Clean campsites are what we like to see. If you are not using it, put it away. We are trying to keep a good-looking park for all of you, please do your part to help in that way. 


>Winds can come up very sudden, be aware of your awning or lawn chairs out while you are away. They may not be there when you get back. 


VEHICLE APPEARANCE- It is the express right of the park management to refuse service to any vehicle/camper, which, in the opinion of management, is not in conformance with the overall level of quality and appearance of the park. 


WHEN YOU LEAVE- Clean up after yourself…We charge a $35 clean up fee(that includes cigarette butts). Make sure that your spouse and children are on board. If you need road conditions or travel information, we would be happy to check on those for you. Please drive safely, we want you to return soon. 


WE DO MOST ANYTHING WE CAN TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD TIME WHILE YOUR HERE. THESE POLICIES ARE IN PLACE SO THAT YOU AND YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HAVE THAT GOOD TIME. 


SHOULD YOU DECIDE NOT TO FOLLOW THESE POLICIES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK Immediately. MANAGEMENT’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
